Hello, I am a psychotherapist in training offering low-cost weekly therapy sessions in Bath.

You may be dealing with anxiety, low mood, or just feeling things are not as they should be. You may be used to dealing with things on your own, or feel unsure how to even begin putting things into words.

Therapy can be a place to slow things down and start making sense of what’s going on underneath. I offer a supporting space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, and where you can be heard.

My approach

My approach is compassionate, honest and collaborative.

I aim to create a safe, accepting space where you can speak openly at your own pace. Together we can explore patterns, relationships, emotions and life experiences that may be affecting how you feel now.

Every person is different, so I shape therapy around your needs rather than using a one size fits all approach.

My experience

I’m training in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, I attend regular supervision to ensure safe and ethical practice.

Alongside my private practice, I have experience supporting people across a wide range of issues through my placement at a counselling charity.

Areas that I work with but not limited to:

  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Depression/ low-mood
  • Loneliness
  • Low self-worth
  • Social Anxiety
  • Relationship issues
  • Childhood trauma
  • Neurodiversity
  • Feeling lost, stuck or unfulfilled

What I Offer

I provide weekly one to one psychotherapy for adults in a confidential space.

Sessions are 50 minutes and I offer both short term and open ended Therapy according to your need.

The Room

I work out of a quiet room on Wood street which is close to the town centre. My practice is on the third floor and unfortunately I do not have a suitable location for those with mobility issues at this time.
